Management

The group’s policy requires joint entities to be managed by members of the E.LECLERC Association of Store Owners. This ensures that strategic decisions always put the interests of the stores first.

Management

All members of SIPLEC’s Supervisory Board are therefore storeowners. They receive no fees for their roles or for the time they spend managing the company. Some members of the Board also play an executive role in the day-to-day management of SIPLEC and its subsidiaries.

The CEO is in charge of operational management and supervises a team of approximately 700 people worldwide.
